  • 401k – Maximize your tax-deferred savings with our flexible range of 401k options. Contribute up to the legal limit of pre-tax earnings.
  • Health Insurance – You may elect to participate in a health plan through ESGI’s Section 125 program. Health plan premiums will be deducted from your regular wages on a pre-tax basis.
  • Dental Insurance – You may elect to participate in a dental health plan through ESGI’s Section 125 program. Dental health plan premiums will be deducted from your regular wages on a pre-tax basis.
  • Short-Term Disability Plan – The short-term disability plan provides benefits to employees who are absent for more than eight consecutively scheduled workdays due to accident or sickness as certified by a medical doctor
  • Long-Term Disability Plan – The long-term disability plan provides benefits to employees who are certified by a medical doctor to be eligible for long-term disability.
  • Voluntary Life Insurance –You may also elect to participate in a voluntary life insurance plan through ESGI. Premiums will be deducted from your regular wages on a post-tax basis.
