With over 18 years of experience in the IT staffing industry, Cyndi brings a diverse background of business development and recruiting skills for all industries and in all regions. With special concentration on the Texas market, she satisfies IT staffing needs for direct, contract-to-direct, and contract hires. She has extensive SAP recruitment experience, along with any and all other IT positions. Cyndi received her training from Management Recruiters International (MRI), which employs a very successful, often-copied, search, hire, and retain methodology. She heads our Dallas/Fort Worth location, offering diversity benefits and skilled recruiting services, and welcomes new staffing clients as well as any candidates that possess the talents to be an ESGI top recruit.
