Thirty years of energy staffing excellence
Energy Services Group International (ESGI) was launched by five founders in 1983. Originally, we provided engineering expertise and management oversight for boiling water reactor (BWR) modification projects in the commercial nuclear field, primarily in the eastern United States. From that limited beginning, ESGI has evolved into being a full-service professional staffing and consulting company, for engineering and IT positions, concentrating on utilities and industrial clients.
Originally located in Williamsburg, Virginia, in 2004 we moved to an 85,000 square foot facility in nearby Toano, Virginia. From our original five employees, today ESGI employs over 400 people at scores of job sites nationally.
ESGI has evolved into a full-service staffing and payrolling company for all types of power producers across the United States. In the last three years, ESGI has expanded to include IT and cyber security staffing, as well as performing managed tasks through our Engineering and Technical Consulting Division. ESGI has steadily grown to today serve energy companies and other technical clients across the country. With nearly $100 million in revenue, ESGI’s size reflects the capabilities and excellence exhibited by our hundreds of associates working at dozens of client sites, nationwide.
