Medical Plans -
We offer three health plans through Trigon BlueCross/BlueShield.

Dental Plan -
Our Dental Insurance allows employees to use the dentist of their
choice without being referred to a primary panel.
There is NO waiting period - coverage for preventive and basic services
begin immediately.

401-K -
This
plan allows for employees to contribute a percentage of their pay
(2% - 100%) on a pre-tax basis to save for retirement.
We have chosen fifteen varied plans through ING.

Life Insurance -
ESG
offers two life insurance plans. Employees may choose any amount (in
$10,000 increments) from a minimum of $10,000 to a maximum of $500,000. Employees may also enroll their spouse and child(ren).

Direct Deposit -
Paychecks
are normally mailed to your home address. We do offer direct deposit at no
charge and simply require a canceled check to implement. By
electing direct deposit, employee is also able to view pay stubs on
a secure web site.

Short Term Disability -
STD benefit covers up to thirteen (13) weeks of salary continuance
if an employee becomes temporarily disabled for eight (8) days or
more due to an accident, illness, or injury.

Long Term Disability -
Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance is also offered to pay monthly
benefits if you are totally disabled from work.
This benefit begins once STD ends.

Vacation/Holiday Plans -
We offer numerous plans to allow employees to choose the plan that
works best for them.
