Staffing Services provides high-quality, productive employees to clients nationwide on an extended term basis for engineering, technical, and administrative assignments, in the power generation, aerospace and general industrial sectors.

The Construction division focuses on mechanical work, including plumbing, piping, welding, metal fabrication, and chemical resistant flooring in support of industrial repair and expansion projects, as well as new construction and  renovation as performed by general contractors.

As ESG International has grown and responded to client and employee needs, a vertical integration of services resulted in the development or acquisition of subsidiary firms to expand the capabilities and broaden the range of services available.

Optimize IT provides Information Technology solutions in the areas of Network and System Analysis, Optimization, and Configuration. As a Microsoft Certified Solution Provider, our professionals provide systems management solutions for both simple and complex infrastructure requirements.

Production Support Services provides temporary labor in the Tidewater, Virginia area for industrial clients on an extended term basis.

ESG Insurance & Financial Services provides Life Health and Disability Income insurance (both individual and group), and financial products such as Annuities, IRA's, Pensions, 401-K plans, and estate planning tools.
