Tom Gillman
President and CEO
Cofounder of ESG International. Tom has over 30 years experience in engineering, marketing, finance, project management and senior management and is responsible for oversight, business development, analysis and strategy. Tom is currently the Chair of the Advisory Board for the Technology & Business Center, Department of Economic Development, College of William & Mary and is a member of the Williamsburg Economic Development Authority. An avid traveler and runner, Tom has run over 45 marathons.

Ron Gallagher
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Responsible for financial oversight, negotiating credit facilities and insurance programs. Performs functions of Risk Manager and provides oversight of companies QA/QC programs.
Ron joined ESG International in 1986 with 20 years of experience in planning and management of repair, maintenance and modification projects. Ron is active in the Alumni Society at Christopher Newport University and also participates in Civil War muzzle loading activities with the North-South Skirmish Association.

Jim Kuykendall
Vice President Business Development
Cofounder of ESG International. Responsible for business development for technical staffing and permanent placement divisions. Jim’s background as a Project Manager at several commercial nuclear power plants gives him an in-depth knowledge of planning and scheduling, budgets, and construction activities. Jim’s current duties require him to keep abreast of current market trends regarding the energy sector and its concentration on renewable and green energy and to market ESG’s long history of supporting the commercial nuclear markets. Jim enjoys golfing and boating.

Mike Warren
Vice President
Cofounder of ESG International. Responsible for human resources, marketing and insurance operations. Responsibilities include customer interface, daily operations, subcontractor relations, and business development. Mike has over 30 years of experience and a strong background in employment regulations (EEOC, FLSA and Title VII, DOL guidelines and ERISA.) An avid boater, Mike holds a USCG Master Captain’s License.

Mark Doughty, CPA
Controller
Mark joined ESGI in 1996 and has over 25 years experience in accounting, with over 15 as a controller. He is responsible for controller duties for ESGI and subsidiaries and creates consolidated monthly financial statements and supporting schedules. He oversees payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management functions and supervises an accounting staff of five. Mark is a passionate Virginia Tech alumnus, a history buff, and a civil war reenactor.

Vicki O’Neal O’Dell, PHR
Human Resources Manager
Since 1995, Vicki has been directly involved in the daily operations of ESGI. She is responsible for administration of health, dental, disability, life, 401-k, and other related benefits for over 700 field employees and 35 staff employees. She has extensive experience managing all human resource disciplines including: employee policies, employee relations, records management, compensation/benefits, training & development, equal opportunity/affirmative action programs, and legal and regulatory requirements.

Russ Parker
Business Development and Recruiting Manager
Russ joined ESGI in 1999 and is responsible for recruiting and business development. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps from which he was Honorably Discharged, Russ brings a strong work ethic to bear for the clients that rely on ESGI for all of their technical staffing requirements.

Lee Stocks
General Manager, Construction Division
Lee joined ESGI in 2005 with over 25 years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Information Technology. His role in Construction is to lead those on his team who plan and execute the bidding and performance of mechanical field projects and shop work in a safe and profitable manner. Lee is active in industry groups such as Associated General Contractors, the American Society of Safety Engineers, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and the Society for Marketing Professional Services. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and OSHA-500 certified for leading construction safety training classes. In his leisure time, he enjoys cycling, golfing, camping, and snowboarding.

Jennifer Christian
General Manager – PSS
With lab, assembly line, training and supervisory experience, Jennifer Christian is uniquely qualified for her position as Operations Manager. She is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of more than 330 employees, and has also assumed marketing duties for ESG. Jennifer is directly involved in all matters concerning Workers Compensation and takes charge of maintaining the lowest unemployment insurance rates in the ESG group of companies.

Brian Reese
General Manager, I.T. Consultant
Brian has been with ESG since 2002 and is a systems support specialist with experience in providing network and server based solutions to clients in various industries including the medical, insurance and legal professions. By implementing newer technologies, Optimize I.T. has been able to drastically improve the accessibility and speed of computer based processes for a number of our customers.
Mr. Reese heads the service and support team and has been the key to establishing and maintaining ongoing relationships with partners that have been with us for over five years now. Brian has been providing quality system support services for many of our respected clients in the Hampton Roads region. He enjoys soccer, adventure racing, snowboarding and camping in his off time.
